Abstract: This paper presents an international project (IMPACT) initiated to investigate pitch canker, caused by Fusarium circinatum (Fusarium subglutinans f. sp. pini [Gibberella fujikuroi var. subglutinans]) in radiata pine (Pinus radiata). The project is being managed by CSIRO Forestry and Forest Products and other collaborators from California, USA.
