Abstract: Four rates (3, 6, 9 and 12 kg/ha) of subsurface lupin (Lupinus arboreus) sowing were tested. Lupin seed dusted with MoO3 was sown between rows of marram grass (Ammophila arenaria) planted the previous year. After one growing season, yields from 9 kg/ha of seed were significantly greater than those from 6 or 3 kg/ha, but not than those from 12 kg/ha.
