Abstract: Trial results show that 2,4,5-T iso-octyl ester applied at a "releasing" rate (1.44 kg I ha a.i.) gave better control of gorse when applied between 0900 and 1500 hours. However, radiata pine seedlings were damaged least by early morning or evening spraying.
