Registration Details:

When you go to register, you will have the following options to choose from, only those in black will be available that are relevant to your membership or non-membership type.

If you select a registration that includes a field trip then you must indicate:

Field Trip Options:  A, B, or C or not attending field trip.
If no option is indicated it will be taken as a “not attending Field Trip” and there is no discount applied for this.

You will also be given the option to choose any of the following (membership applicable).

  • Women in Forestry breakfast
  • Women in Forestry breakfast - non members
  • Fire Breakfast Members only
  • Fellows Drinks: Fellow Members Only
  • Future Foresters Quiz Night
  • AGM and CPD X 3
  • AGM and CPD X 3 - Non-members

If you only want to purchase one extra event only over the three days you will need to select:

Field Trips - Information

Times for airport bus collections have been estimated for flight arrivals from various destinations, however if delays occur the bus cannot wait.

  • Check the Field Trip itinerary for airport pick up times.
  • Airport location exact pickup stop to be advised.
  • Some stops are subject to the availability of forest operations or weather access.
  • Please ensure you bring with you hi viz vest, hard hat and sturdy footwear.
  • Those departing from the Rutherford departure point please be there 10 minutes prior to allow for safety briefing and bus loading.

Room Only: $195.00 per room, per night
Bed & Breakfast Package for One: $223.00 per room, per night
Bed and Breakfast Package for Two: $251.00 per room, per night

Limited rooms are available and on a first served basis.
No other accommodation has been reserved, however, Nelson offers a range of options.
